My name is Angelina Schneider
I am an Ayurvedic-informed postpartum doula, chef, and the founder of Heartspace Postpartum Care. My work centers on bringing the wisdom of global postpartum traditions to modern families, supporting mothers as they rest, recover, and transition into motherhood with care and intention.
Before becoming a doula, I spent twenty years as a dance educator, which deeply shaped my understanding of the body and the importance of honoring somatic wisdom. I trained with Birth Arts International, The Center for Sacred Window Studies, and Somata Birth and Bodywork.
I am devoted to helping shift the postpartum experience from something to endure into a meaningful and transformative threshold in a woman’s life. My work supports families in creating a nurturing environment where mothers feel held, seen, and deeply supported. I am honored to be a mother of two and a continually developing woman.
